Section 28
Fund of the Council
: (1) The Council shall have a separate fund of its own.
(2) The funds as per sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts:
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) amount received as loan, donation, aid, grant or donation from native or foreign person, organization, government or international association, organization,
(c) Amounts received for services rendered on behalf of the Council,
(d) Amount received from any other source.
(3) According to clause (b) of sub-section (2), the council shall obtain the prior approval of the Government of Nepal before receiving a loan, donation, grant or donation from any foreign person, organization, government or international association or organization.
(4) The amount received in the fund of the Council shall be deposited in a commercial bank by opening an account.
(5) Funds and accounts of the Council shall be operated as prescribed.
